Private Event Workshop
Bubbles + Blooms private events are the perfect way to celebrate any occasion in the comfort of your own home or a venue of your choice. Birthdays, bachelorette parties, baby showers, girls' night out or moms' night in. We lead fresh flower workshops that allow your guests to create their own seasonal arrangement to keep at the end of the event. Typical workshops take 1.5 hours, seasonal wreaths and flower crowns take a little longer and are usually around 2 hours long (don't forget to leave time for photos!).

We order supplies and fresh flowers for the event one week in advance, so we require the remaining balance based on your guest count 10 days prior to the event. We will request the guest list from you 10 days ahead of the event and invoice you based on the number of guests and payment in full is due at this time.
Our refund policy for private events is based on the timing of cancellation or postponement of the event. If we haven't ordered the supplies and flowers, we are able to offer a refund or credit you the 50% deposit, no later than 10 days prior to the event. If you have paid the balance in full and supplies have been ordered within the 10 day window of your event, we are not able to offer a refund or credit.
As the event host/hostess, you will provide any refreshments for your guests, including food and beverages. We are happy to help you with ideas on refreshments, as needed. We will take photographs at our event and images may be used in future marketing or on our website. If you have guests who do not wish to have their photos taken, we will need to know in advance. We can't wait to share the fun of a flower-filled event with you and your guests.
